In the 20th Asian Games 2026 held in Aichi-Nagoya, Japan, the Indian men's hockey team has secured the gold medal by defeating Malaysia 5-1 in the final. This resounding victory also guarantees the Indian team a direct qualification for the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics.
