Bhopal, October 9, 2026 – An serious accusation of accepting a bribe of ₹1 crore has been leveled against Dipam Raychura, Officer on Special Duty (OSD) to Madhya Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Jagdish Devda. The allegation comes from Mohit Gogia, an accused in a case involving alleged fraud of ₹930 crore.

According to the accusation, the bribe was demanded in exchange for facilitating the allocation of two liquor shops in Bhopal's TT Nagar area under the name of Jaswant Kumar during the financial year 2024-25.

The accuser, Mohit Gogia, claims that a total of ₹1 crore was paid as a bribe in this matter. He also provided details of the transaction, stating that ₹50 lakh was paid in cash from a flat located on Hoshangabad Road, while the remaining ₹50 lakh was transferred to the bank account of a hotel owner.

OSD Denies Allegations

In his complaint, Mohit Gogia has directly accused OSD Dipam Raychura of being involved in this alleged transaction. Conversely, OSD Raychura has outrightly rejected these claims, describing them as entirely unfounded and factually incorrect. He has denied any involvement whatsoever.

Currently, these allegations have not been independently verified. There is no official statement or information regarding any action taken by the relevant investigative agencies in the matter. The accusations cannot be considered proven facts at this stage, and the true situation will only become clear after the submission of relevant documents, a detailed investigation, and official statements from both parties.

The emergence of these allegations is expected to stir the state's political landscape, and all eyes will be on the further investigation of this case.
