In line with this, the city of Narsinghgarh undertook a special cleanliness campaign on the auspicious occasion of Roop Chaturdashi, the day before Diwali, making the city clean and orderly. The strike, which began on November 4, concluded at midnight on November 6.

Impact of the Strike and Swift Cleanup

During the three-day period, approximately 20 to 22 tons of garbage accumulated on the streets and major intersections of Narsinghgarh, significantly impacting daily life. As soon as the strike ended, the municipality's team worked tirelessly from 5 AM to 3 PM on Saturday to complete the cleaning operations.

Led by Chief Municipal Officer Abhishek Jain and Sanitation In-charge Ramgopal Valmiki, municipal overseers and staff cleared garbage from the city's main routes, public spaces, and intersections, normalizing the situation. Officials apologized for the inconvenience caused to citizens and expressed gratitude for their patience during this difficult time.
