Coaching Transition & Comeback

In a major career move, Neeraj parted ways with his long-time coach Dr Klaus Bartonietz and began training under Jan Železný, the javelin world record holder and the director of the Ostrava Golden Spike event. The results are clearly showing, as Neeraj has returned stronger, more technically refined, and focused on surpassing his own limits.

Looking Ahead

With back-to-back titles, Neeraj Chopra now looks ahead to more events in the World Athletics Continental Tour and the build-up to the 2025 World Championships and the 2026 Olympics. His form, confidence, and newfound training regime suggest a promising season ahead for the javelin star.
