Arvind Kejriwal’s Punjab Focus

Following AAP’s defeat in the 2025 Delhi Assembly elections, Arvind Kejriwal has shifted his focus to strengthening AAP in Punjab ahead of the 2027 Assembly elections.

📌 AAP’s 2025 Delhi Defeat:
▪️ BJP won 48 out of 70 seats in Delhi.
▪️ Kejriwal lost his New Delhi seat to BJP’s Parvesh Verma after 13 years in power.

With two years to prepare, Kejriwal is aiming to consolidate AAP’s presence in Punjab, where the party is still in power. Sonia Mann’s entry into politics could boost AAP’s rural and youth outreach in the state.
