Health Workers Demand Intervention Over Unpaid Wages

Rajgarh | October 14, 2026. Outsourced employees serving in various health centers across Rajgarh district have expressed outrage over receiving no salary for the past eight months, urging the District Collector for immediate intervention.

Working as MTS, Support Staff, Computer Operators, and Security Guards at facilities including Narsinghgarh Civil Hospital and other tehsils, these employees were hired through World Class Services Private Limited, Indore. They allege gross negligence in payments by the company, leading to significant financial distress for themselves and their families.

Festivals Highlight Financial Crisis

With major festivals like Navratri, Dussehra, and the upcoming Diwali approaching, employees are struggling to meet basic needs such as children's school fees, groceries, and rent. The lack of payment has plunged them into an acute economic crisis.

Allegations of Budget Shortfalls and Threats

Employees report that when they contact the agency regarding their earned wages, they are cited budget shortages and threatened with job termination. This has severely impacted morale, as they continue to provide services diligently.

Concerns Over Irregularities and Unpaid Dues

Further fueling their frustration, employees claim to have heard discussions about payments being made in the names of deceased employees, while they themselves are alive and working round-the-clock. This disparity has created significant discontent among the workforce.

Demand for Immediate Payment and Future Guarantees

Through a memorandum, the distressed employees have demanded the immediate and lump-sum payment of all pending wages. They also requested the establishment of a system to ensure salary payments by the fifth of every month going forward.

Call for Investigation into Threats

The employees have also called for an investigation and appropriate action against the responsible individuals within the agency who have issued threats when salaries were requested. Relief is now anticipated from the administration for the employees from various health centers, including Narsinghgarh, Biaora, Pachor, and Khilchipur.
