Proclamation Warrants Issued for Fugitive Accused
In a significant judicial action, the Chief Judicial Magistrate of Mainpuri has issued proclamation warrants against three fugitive accused in an old case from 2005. The order pertains to Case Crime Number 504/2005 under the purview of Police Station Bewar, Mainpuri.
The charges are severe, involving sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 7 of the CLA Act. The court has identified the accused as Saroj Sharma son of Om Prakash Sharma, resident of Nagla Dada, Police Station Mohammadabad; Narendra alias Kallu son of Saheb Chauhan, resident of Dal Mandi, Police Station Kotwali Fatehgarh; and Bambi Jatav Christian alias Ajay Kumar son of Hukum Narayan, resident of Katiyar Market, Mohalla Karnalganj, Police Station Kotwali Fatehgarh.
These three accused have been directed to appear before the honorable court without fail by October 30, 2026.

Given the court's stern stance, local police have acted promptly by pasting proclamation warrants in the relevant police station areas. Police teams not only affixed notices at the residences of the accused but also conducted public announcements to ensure the order's information reached all concerned parties.
