Enhanced Security Measures at Maa Pitambara Aarti Site
Amidst the joyous celebrations of Sharad Navratri in Aaron town, stringent security measures have been implemented, particularly at the Maa Pitambara Aarti site located on the New Bypass. To ensure the smooth and safe journey of devotees, the local police have conducted comprehensive inspections and issued necessary guidelines.
Station House Officer Ravindra Sikarwar, accompanied by his team including SI Pankaj Kushwaha and Head Constable Jitendra Gurjar, visited the aarti site. A meeting was held with members of the organizing committee to discuss various aspects of security. Preparations to handle any untoward incidents in anticipation of a large crowd were reviewed.
Emphasis on Firefighting and Emergency Equipment
The Station House Officer has instructed the organizing committee to ensure the availability of fire extinguishers and other emergency rescue equipment. He stressed the importance of having all necessary arrangements in place beforehand to effectively manage any emergency situation.
Highlighting the utmost priority of devotee safety, he advised the committee to remain vigilant. The administration has made it clear that maintaining peace and order during the festival is their primary objective, for which they are fully prepared.
Traffic Management and Restrictions
With the increased movement of devotees in town during Navratri, special attention is being given to traffic management. The Station House Officer has ordered a ban on heavy vehicle movement on the New Bypass for the upcoming few days.
This step aims to keep traffic smooth on the town's main routes and provide a safe and accessible path for pedestrian devotees. These proactive measures by the administration are contributing to a secure and organized environment in the town.
The police force is continuously monitoring to ensure that devotees visiting to offer prayers to Maa Durga do not face any inconvenience.
