Sunny Deol’s Jaat Set for April 10 Release; 8 Actresses Join the Action-Packed Film
Following the massive success of Gadar 2, Sunny Deol is gearing up for another high-octane action film, Jaat, directed by Gopichand Malineni. The much-anticipated film recently unveiled its intense first poster, along with a confirmed release date of April 10, 2025.
According to reports, Jaat is not only set to feature six powerful villains but also eight female actors who will fight alongside Sunny Deol’s character in action-packed sequences. These actresses include veteran Zarina Wahab, Saiyami Kher, Regina Cassandra, Bandhavi Sridhar, Moumita Pal, Vishika Kota, Praneeta Patnaik, Doulath Sulthana, and Ayesha Khan.
A source close to the production revealed, “Director Gopichand Malineni envisioned Jaat as a full-blown action spectacle, ensuring that the women in the film are portrayed as brave warriors on par with the hero. They will be seen engaging in intense hand-to-hand combat, using firearms, and taking on villains in thrilling sequences.”
The film is currently being shot at Ramoji Film City, Aziz Nagar, and Krishna Nagar in Hyderabad, with actress Praneeta Patnaik currently filming her portions. Sunny Deol is expected to join the shoot next month for patchwork scenes.
Jaat also boasts a stellar supporting cast, including Randeep Hooda and Vineet Kumar Singh, with music composed by Thaman S. Backed by Mythri Movie Makers and People Media Factory, the film’s cinematography is helmed by Rishi Punjabi, with Navin Nooli as editor and Avinash Kolla as production designer.
