Actor Saif Ali Khan recently revealed that he has purchased a luxurious property at The St Regis Marsa Arabia Island, located at The Pearl, Doha, Qatar. Speaking at a press event hosted by the Alfardan Group, Saif opened up about his reasons for choosing this prime location and shared his excitement about the property being the perfect retreat for his family.
Saif praised Qatar’s safety, beauty, and its proximity to India, calling the country an ideal destination for his loved ones. He mentioned that his stay at the property felt “safe” and like “a home away from home.”
Describing the qualities that drew him to the property, Saif explained, “When I think of a holiday home or a second home, accessibility is important, and the property is very easy to get to. But more importantly, it’s safe and gives a feeling of comfort. The concept of an island within an island is very luxurious and beautiful, making it a lovely place to live. It’s the views, the food, the lifestyle, and the peaceful pace of living that contributed to my decision.”
Saif shared that during a work trip, while shooting in Doha, he stayed at the property and instantly fell in love with it. He highlighted the mixture of privacy and luxury, along with the carefully curated menu and overall vibe, which made it feel like “home away from home.” The secluded, peaceful environment sealed the deal for the actor.
Looking forward, Saif is excited to take his family, particularly his children Taimur Ali Khan and Jehangir Ali Khan, to enjoy their new abode.
