Alia Bhatt Expresses Desire to Work with Fahadh Faasil, Praises Roshan Mathew

Actor Alia Bhatt, who made her debut at the Cannes Film Festival this year as a brand ambassador for L’Oréal, recently opened up about her admiration for Malayalam cinema actors and her wish to collaborate with them. In an interview with Brut India, Alia praised her co-star Roshan Mathew, with whom she worked in Darlings, and expressed a strong desire to work with Fahadh Faasil.

Alia said, “There’s so many actors and there’s so much talent out there. I had the good fortune of working with Roshan Mathew on Darlings, who’s, of course, a wonderful actor, who’s done a lot of Malayalam content. But, is now also making waves in Hindi.” She further added that she loved Fahadh’s performance in Aavesham, calling it one of her favorite films and describing Fahadh as “unreal.” She concluded, “So I would love to collaborate with him someday.”

This interest in Fahadh comes after director Imtiaz Ali’s announcement that Fahadh will soon make his Bollywood debut with The Idiot of Istanbul.
