Pawan Kalyan’s ‘Ustaad Bhagat Singh’ Resumes Shoot; Sreeleela to Join from June 10

Tollywood star Pawan Kalyan’s much-anticipated film Ustaad Bhagat Singh is all set to resume filming after a long pause. Directed by Harish Shankar, the movie is expected to be a Telugu remake of the Tamil blockbuster Theri, originally helmed by Atlee Kumar and starring Thalapathy Vijay. The story revolves around a former IPS officer living under a new identity with his young daughter, only to be forced back into action to protect his family from old enemies.

According to recent reports, actress Sreeleela, who plays the female lead in the film, will begin shooting her portions from June 10, 2025. She is scheduled for an extensive one-month-long shoot alongside Pawan Kalyan. The film is being planned for a 2026 theatrical release and is expected to showcase action-packed drama with emotional depth.

On the work front, Pawan Kalyan is gearing up for the release of Hari Hara Veera Mallu, which is set to hit theatres on June 12, 2025. Directed by Krish Jagarlamudi and AM Jyothi Krishna, the film features a stellar cast including Bobby Deol, Nidhhi Agerwal, Nargis Fakhri, and Nora Fatehi. He is also busy with the shoot of They Call Him OG, an intense gangster drama directed by Sujeeth.

Meanwhile, Sreeleela continues to rise in prominence with multiple upcoming projects. She will soon be seen in a romantic drama with Kartik Aaryan, sharing several behind-the-scenes glimpses from the shoot. She is also teaming up with Ravi Teja in Mass Jathara, and has another release titled Junior alongside Kireeti Reddy, directed by Radha Krishna Reddy.

Both Pawan Kalyan and Sreeleela are juggling multiple projects, making Ustaad Bhagat Singh one of the most anticipated films in their lineup.
