Actor-singer Diljit Dosanjh has set the internet abuzz by sharing exclusive behind-the-scenes glimpses from the sets of his upcoming film Sardaar Ji 3. Alongside the photos, Diljit confirmed the film’s much-anticipated release date—June 27, 2025—and teased that the official teaser is dropping soon.
The photos, posted on his Instagram, capture Diljit in action during shoots at scenic international locations, interacting with fans and co-stars, and posing for solo portraits. Captioning the images, he wrote, “Jaggi With Beautiful Chudels. SARDAAR JI 3 Releasing 27th June. Teaser Coming Soon.” This playful message hints at a return to the horror-comedy essence that made the original Sardaar Ji a fan favorite.
Directed by Amar Hundal, Sardaar Ji 3 is the third installment in the beloved franchise. After the second film took a purely romantic comedy route, this sequel appears to circle back to the spooky, funny chaos of the first film. The tagline promises “Love. Laughter. Goosebumps.” with Diljit calling it “triple the madness!”
The film also reunites Diljit with actress Neeru Bajwa, reviving their much-loved on-screen chemistry from Jatt and Juliet 3 and the original Sardaar Ji. Fans are already celebrating her return, dubbing her “Raani Chudail” in excitement.
Adding to the ensemble are Gulshan Grover, Manav Vij, Nasir Chinyoti, Monica Sharma, and Saleem Albela. While Pakistani star Hania Aamir was initially attached to the project, reports suggest she was dropped amid ongoing cross-border tensions.
Earlier, Diljit had also revealed the film’s first poster, which showed him surrounded by mysterious, veiled women—fueling speculation about the film’s quirky horror-romance angle.
With Sardaar Ji 3 set for a worldwide release on June 27, 2025, and the teaser arriving soon, fans can gear up for what Diljit promises will be the “wildest ride of the year.”
