The highly anticipated sequel to the 2019 blockbuster War has officially wrapped filming, with stars Hrithik Roshan, Jr NTR, and Kiara Advani taking to social media to celebrate the milestone.
Directed by Ayan Mukerji and produced under YRF’s spy universe, War 2 promises a cinematic spectacle with an ensemble cast and intense action. The film is set for a theatrical release on August 14, 2025, just ahead of Independence Day.

Hrithik Roshan, reprising his role as Kabir, shared a heartfelt post on X (formerly Twitter), writing:
