In a pioneering step towards promoting sustainable technology and advanced research, the State Bank of India (SBI) and the Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT), Bhopal, have jointly inaugurated Madhya Pradesh’s first Green Hi-Tech Computer Lab dedicated to Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Advanced Research.
This state-of-the-art facility has been developed under the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative of SBI’s Bhopal Circle. The lab is equipped with cutting-edge tools and infrastructure to support research in the fields of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and other emerging technologies.
What sets this lab apart is its green design — it incorporates energy-efficient computing systems and eco-friendly electrical infrastructure, aligning with the goal of sustainable development. The initiative marks a significant stride in combining innovation with environmental responsibility, creating new opportunities for students and researchers in the region.
