मुजपुर-गांभीरा पुल हादसा: 18 शव बरामद, दो लापता लोगों की तलाश अंतिम चरण में, सल्फ्यूरिक एसिड बना सबसे बड़ी चुनौती

पडरा तालुका के मुजपुर-गांभीरा के पास हुए भीषण पुल हादसे के पांचवें दिन शुक्रवार को रेस्क्यू ऑपरेशन अपने अंतिम चरण में पहुंच गया है। अब तक कुल 18 शव बरामद किए जा चुके हैं, जबकि दो लोगों की तलाश अभी भी जारी है। रेस्क्यू टीम विषम परिस्थितियों और गंभीर जोखिमों के बीच लगातार कार्य कर रही है। सल्फ्यूरिक एसिड से खतरा बढ़ा वडोदरा के कलेक्टर अनिल धमेलिया ने बताया कि नदी में डूबा हुआ 98 प्रतिशत सांद्रता वाला सल्फ्यूरिक एसिड से भरा टैंकर रेस्क्यू ऑपरेशन में सबसे बड़ी चुनौती बना हुआ है। इसके अलावा पानी में फैले सोडा ऐश के कारण बचाव दल को त्वचा पर जलन और खुजली जैसी समस्याएं भी हो रही हैं। रात 10 बजे रोका गया ऑपरेशन, 18 शव मिले गुरुवार रात पानी का स्तर बढ़ने के कारण ऑपरेशन रात 10 बजे रोकना पड़ा। उस समय तक 18 शव बरामद किए जा चुके थे। हादसे के बाद शुरू में सात लोगों के लापता होने की सूचना थी, जो शुक्रवार सुबह एक नए अपडेट के बाद बढ़कर आठ हो गई। पहले दिन 12 शव मिले थे, उसके बाद छह और शवों को गुरुवार को बाहर निकाला गया। अब सिर्फ दो शवों की तलाश जारी शुक्रवार को रेस्क्यू टीम का सारा ध्यान शेष दो शवों की खोज पर केंद्रित है। पानी में डूबे अधिकतर वाहन — मुख्यतः दोपहिया — निकाल लिए गए हैं और उनके सवारों की पहचान कर ली गई है। इससे यह संकेत मिलता है कि अब और शव या वाहन मिलने की संभावना कम है। ब्रिज का स्लैब हटाने की तैयारी जैसे ही दोनों शव मिल जाते हैं, पुल के बचे हुए स्लैब को हटाने का काम शुरू होगा, ताकि मलबा और संपत्ति को पूरी तरह से निकाला जा सके। एक ट्रक जो अभी भी फंसा हुआ है, उसे निकालने के लिए पुलर मैकेनिज्म का उपयोग किया जाएगा। सल्फ्यूरिक एसिड को निष्क्रिय करने की योजना साथ ही नदी में मौजूद सल्फ्यूरिक एसिड के खतरे को निष्क्रिय करने की प्रक्रिया भी जल्द शुरू की जाएगी। यह कदम पर्यावरणीय संकट को टालने के लिए जरूरी है। एक शव की पहचान प्रारंभिक चरण में कलेक्टर धमेलिया ने यह भी बताया कि शेष दो शवों में से एक की प्रारंभिक पहचान की जा चुकी है और दस्तावेजी प्रक्रिया जारी है। समय और विषैले खतरे से दौड़ जैसे-जैसे यह त्रासदी अपने अंत की ओर बढ़ रही है, जिला प्रशासन समय और विषैले रासायनिक खतरे से जूझते हुए अंतिम दो शवों की बरामदगी और पीड़ित परिवारों को closure देने के लिए पूरी ताकत झोंक रहा है।

कर्नाटक नेतृत्व परिवर्तन की अटकलों के बीच सिद्धारमैया और शिवकुमार की दिल्ली में सुरजेवाला से मुलाकात, सीएम ने कहा – “कोई खाली पद नहीं”

नई दिल्ली/बेंगलुरु। कर्नाटक में नेतृत्व परिवर्तन को लेकर जारी अटकलों के बीच मुख्यमंत्री सिद्धारमैया और उपमुख्यमंत्री डी. के. शिवकुमार ने गुरुवार को कांग्रेस के कर्नाटक प्रभारी रणदीप सुरजेवाला से राजधानी दिल्ली में मुलाकात की। हालांकि कांग्रेस सूत्रों ने स्पष्ट किया कि बैठक में नेतृत्व परिवर्तन से जुड़ी कोई चर्चा नहीं हुई। बैठक में राज्य की संगठनात्मक स्थिति, लगभग 60 निगमों और बोर्डों में लंबित नियुक्तियों और विधायकों से मिले फीडबैक को लेकर बातचीत हुई। सुरजेवाला ने साझा किया विधायकों से मिला फीडबैक पार्टी सूत्रों के अनुसार, सुरजेवाला ने हाल ही में राज्य के दौरे के दौरान 104 विधायकों से मुलाकात की थी। उन्होंने इस दौरान मिले फीडबैक को मुख्यमंत्री सिद्धारमैया और उपमुख्यमंत्री शिवकुमार के साथ साझा किया। बैठक को पूरी तरह से संगठनात्मक चर्चा बताया गया। सिद्धारमैया बोले – “सीएम पद खाली नहीं, मैं ही मुख्यमंत्री हूं” गुरुवार को मीडिया से बात करते हुए मुख्यमंत्री सिद्धारमैया ने स्पष्ट रूप से कहा, “डी. के. शिवकुमार ने जो कहा है, मैं भी वही कह रहा हूं। मुख्यमंत्री पद खाली नहीं है। मैं आपके सामने खड़ा हूं और मैं ही कर्नाटक का मुख्यमंत्री हूं।” उन्होंने नेतृत्व परिवर्तन को लेकर चल रही चर्चाओं को खारिज करते हुए कहा कि पार्टी के भीतर इस मुद्दे पर कोई चर्चा नहीं हुई है। “रणदीप सुरजेवाला ने स्पष्ट कहा है कि नेतृत्व में कोई बदलाव नहीं हो रहा है। फिर भी अगर अफवाहें उड़ रही हैं, तो उनका कोई आधार नहीं है।” शिवकुमार ने भी बदलाव की बात से किया इनकार राज्य कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष और उपमुख्यमंत्री डी. के. शिवकुमार भी पहले ही इन अटकलों को सार्वजनिक रूप से नकार चुके हैं। उन्होंने कहा था कि पार्टी नेतृत्व जो निर्णय लेगा, वह उन्हें मान्य होगा। पावर शेयरिंग फॉर्मूले पर भी बोले सीएम जब सिद्धारमैया से पूछा गया कि क्या दो साल बाद नेतृत्व परिवर्तन का कोई आंतरिक समझौता था, तो उन्होंने कहा, “ऐसे सवाल सरकार के ढाई साल पूरे होने पर स्वाभाविक हैं, लेकिन इसका मतलब यह नहीं कि कोई समझौता था। अगर ऐसा कोई समझौता होता, तो मैं हाल ही में यह नहीं कहता कि मैं पांच साल तक मुख्यमंत्री रहूंगा।” “हाईकमान का फैसला अंतिम” सिद्धारमैया ने कहा, “अगर कोई व्यक्तिगत राय रखता है, तो क्या वह पार्टी का फैसला हो सकता है? इस पर (मल्लिकार्जुन) खड़गे और राहुल गांधी को बोलना चाहिए। पार्टी का अंतिम निर्णय हाईकमान द्वारा लिया जाएगा।” इस बीच कांग्रेस नेतृत्व ने फिलहाल किसी भी तरह के बदलाव की संभावना से इनकार किया है, जिससे यह स्पष्ट संकेत मिलता है कि कर्नाटक में फिलहाल नेतृत्व परिवर्तन की कोई योजना नहीं है।

The case, registered under FIR No. 67/2024 at Kurla Police Station, Mumbai, relates to the seizure of 126.141 kg of Mephedrone worth ₹2.522 crore from a factory in Sangli, Maharashtra—linked to Mustafa and his associates. He had already been chargesheeted, and a court had issued an open-dated arrest warrant against him. Red Corner Notice & International Coordination On request by Mumbai Police, INTERPOL issued a Red Corner Notice (RCN) against Mustafa on November 25, 2024. The notice was instrumental in tracking and detaining him in the UAE. The CBI’s International Police Cooperation Unit (IPCU) maintained sustained follow-up with UAE authorities. On June 19, the NCB-Abu Dhabi confirmed approval for a security mission to repatriate the accused. India’s Success in Extradition Efforts Red Corner Notices are powerful tools used globally to locate and provisionally arrest fugitives pending extradition or deportation. As the National Central Bureau (NCB) for INTERPOL in India, the CBI, through its BHARATPOL platform, plays a central role in facilitating international fugitive returns. भोपाल। मध्य प्रदेश कांग्रेस के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष जीतू पटवारी ने पीडब्ल्यूडी मंत्री राकेश सिंह के बयान “जब तक सड़कें रहेंगी, गड्ढे भी रहेंगे” पर तीखा हमला बोला है। उन्होंने इसे मंत्री का गैर-जिम्मेदाराना बयान बताते हुए कहा कि यह न सिर्फ सरकार की विफलता की स्वीकारोक्ति है, बल्कि जनता के जख्मों पर नमक छिड़कने जैसा है। पटवारी ने कहा कि यह बयान उस व्यक्ति की असंवेदनशीलता और गैर-जिम्मेदारी को दर्शाता है जो राज्य की कैबिनेट में मंत्री पद पर बैठा है। उन्होंने इंदौर और भोपाल में खराब फ्लाईओवर निर्माण और सड़क डिजाइनों का हवाला देते हुए कहा कि सड़कें नहीं, गड्ढों में सड़कें हैं। उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि सरकार ने सड़कों के निर्माण और मरम्मत के नाम पर हजारों करोड़ रुपये खर्च किए, लेकिन स्थिति पहले से भी बदतर हो गई है। “ग्वालियर, भोपाल, जबलपुर, इंदौर, रीवा, सतना, छिंदवाड़ा और सागर जैसे शहरों की सड़कों की हालत बेहद खराब है। मानसून ने निर्माण की गुणवत्ता की पोल खोल दी है।” पटवारी ने आगे कहा कि एक ही सड़क के नाम पर कई बार मरम्मत के बिल पास हुए और ठेकेदारों को भुगतान भी हुआ। “RTI और विभागीय रिपोर्ट बताते हैं कि राज्य की आधे से ज्यादा सड़कें खराब या बेहद खराब हालत में हैं। इन खराब सड़कों के कारण दुर्घटनाएं बढ़ रही हैं, लोग जान गंवा रहे हैं, लेकिन मुख्यमंत्री और मंत्री हेलिकॉप्टर में उड़ान भरते हुए उद्घाटन समारोह में शामिल हो रहे हैं।” उन्होंने कहा, “सरकार का काम सड़कों को गड्ढा-मुक्त बनाना है, लेकिन आज वही सरकार गड्ढों को स्थायी मान्यता देने में लगी है। यह सिर्फ सड़कों की लड़ाई नहीं है, यह अधिकार, विश्वास और आम लोगों की जान की लड़ाई है। मध्य प्रदेश कांग्रेस इस मुद्दे को गांव-गांव, शहर-शहर तक लेकर जाएगी।” पटवारी के इस तीखे बयान के बाद प्रदेश में सड़क निर्माण और गुणवत्ता को लेकर सियासी बहस तेज हो गई है। जनता भी इस मसले पर सरकार से जवाब मांग रही है।

स्थानांतरण आदेशों की अवहेलना: बीएमसी अधिकारियों पर कार्रवाई नहीं, बाकी विभाग सख्त

भोपाल। जहां पुलिस विभाग और लोक निर्माण विभाग (PWD) जैसी संस्थाएं स्थानांतरण आदेशों की अवहेलना पर सख्त कार्रवाई कर रही हैं, वहीं भोपाल नगर निगम (BMC) अपनी ही नियमावली पर चलता नजर आ रहा है। स्थानांतरण आदेश जारी हुए लगभग 24 दिन बीत चुके हैं, इसके बावजूद बीएमसी के अतिरिक्त आयुक्त देवेंद्र सिंह चौहान और सहायक आयुक्त एकता अग्रवाल अब तक अपने नए कार्यस्थलों — जबलपुर और देवास — में योगदान देने नहीं पहुंचे हैं। इसके उलट, दोनों अधिकारी भोपाल कार्यालय में अधिक सक्रिय दिखाई दे रहे हैं और रिपोर्ट्स के अनुसार लंबित फाइलें घर ले जाकर निपटा रहे हैं। हालांकि अब तक इनके खिलाफ कोई आधिकारिक कार्रवाई नहीं की गई है। यह स्थिति तब और चौंकाने वाली हो जाती है जब बाकी विभागों में इस तरह की अवहेलना पर कड़ी सजा दी जा रही है। कुछ दिन पहले भोपाल की डीसीपी श्रद्धा तिवारी ने आठ पुलिसकर्मियों को निलंबित कर दिया था, जिन्होंने स्थानांतरण के 20 दिन बाद भी नई पोस्टिंग पर रिपोर्ट नहीं की थी। इसी तरह, बुधवार को पीडब्ल्यूडी ने इंजीनियर रविशंकर चौकसे को स्थानांतरण आदेश न मानने पर निलंबित कर दिया और अन्य कर्मचारियों को चेतावनी दी कि आदेश की अवहेलना पर सख्त कदम उठाए जाएंगे। इस बीच, नगर निगम के कर्मचारी संगठनों ने भी उच्च अधिकारियों को कई बार पत्र लिखकर मांग की है कि चौहान और अग्रवाल को भोपाल से कार्यमुक्त किया जाए और नियमों के अनुसार कार्रवाई की जाए। अब देखना होगा कि बीएमसी में भी नियमों का पालन होता है या विशेषाधिकारों का सिलसिला जारी रहता है।

गुरुग्राम की टेनिस खिलाड़ी राधिका यादव की हत्या: पिता की संपत्ति, लाइसेंसी हथियार और पारिवारिक तनाव पर चौंकाने वाले खुलासे

गुरुग्राम के सुशांत लोक इलाके में 25 वर्षीय टेनिस खिलाड़ी राधिका यादव की उनके पिता दीपक यादव द्वारा गोली मारकर हत्या किए जाने के मामले में चौंकाने वाले खुलासे सामने आए हैं। जांच में पता चला है कि आरोपी दीपक यादव की मासिक आमदनी 15 से 17 लाख रुपये के बीच है, गुरुग्राम में कई किराये की संपत्तियां हैं और वह एक आलीशान फार्महाउस का मालिक है। घटना गुरुवार सुबह करीब 10:30 बजे की है, जब राधिका नाश्ता बना रही थीं, तभी दीपक ने अपनी लाइसेंसी .32 बोर रिवॉल्वर से पांच गोलियां चलाईं, जिनमें से तीन उनकी पीठ में लगीं। राधिका को तुरंत अस्पताल ले जाया गया, जहां डॉक्टरों ने उन्हें मृत घोषित कर दिया। दीपक के वज़ीराबाद गांव के एक परिचित ने NDTV को बताया कि दीपक लंबे समय से काफी धनाढ्य व्यक्ति रहे हैं। “वो कई प्रॉपर्टीज़ से हर महीने लाखों रुपये का किराया कमाते हैं। फार्महाउस भी है। गांव में सभी जानते हैं कि वह अमीर हैं। उनके पास लाइसेंसी रिवॉल्वर है, जो आम आदमी के पास नहीं होता। यह पैसों और संबंधों से ही संभव होता है,” उन्होंने कहा। हत्या के पीछे के कारणों पर बात करते हुए, पुलिस को दीपक ने बताया कि वह अपनी बेटी की सोशल मीडिया पर एक्टिविटी, इंस्टाग्राम रील्स और एक म्यूज़िक वीडियो में उसकी मौजूदगी से नाराज़ थे। साथ ही गांव के कुछ लोगों द्वारा उसे बेटी की कमाई पर निर्भर रहने को लेकर ताने मारे जा रहे थे। हालांकि, परिचित ने इस दावे को खारिज करते हुए कहा, “इतनी संपत्ति होने के बाद कौन कहेगा कि वो बेटी की कमाई खा रहा है? दीपक पढ़ाई छोड़कर बेटी को टेनिस सिखाने में जुट गए थे। उन्होंने दो लाख रुपये के टेनिस रैकेट भी दिलवाए थे। उन्होंने बेटी को बहुत प्यार किया है। हत्या के पीछे कोई निजी वजह रही होगी, टेनिस या अकादमी नहीं।” राधिका ने गुरुग्राम के सेक्टर 57 में अपनी टेनिस अकादमी शुरू की थी। कहा जा रहा है कि पिता दीपक को बेटी की बढ़ती स्वतंत्रता और पहचान से चिढ़ होने लगी थी। वह चाहते थे कि राधिका अकादमी बंद कर दे। राधिका अपने माता-पिता के साथ सेक्टर 57 में दो-मंज़िला मकान में रहती थीं। नीचे के माले पर उनके चाचा कुलदीप यादव रहते थे। गोली चलने की आवाज सुनकर कुलदीप ऊपर भागे, जहां उन्होंने राधिका को रसोई में घायल पाया। रिवॉल्वर पास के ड्रॉइंग रूम में पड़ी मिली। कुलदीप और उनके बेटे पियूष ने तुरंत राधिका को सेक्टर 56 स्थित एशिया मरीनगो अस्पताल पहुंचाया, जहां डॉक्टरों ने उन्हें मृत घोषित कर दिया। फिलहाल दीपक यादव पुलिस हिरासत में हैं और मामले की जांच जारी है। यह दिल दहला देने वाली घटना एक परिवार में भीतर ही भीतर पल रहे तनाव और पितृसत्तात्मक सोच पर गंभीर सवाल खड़े करती है।
