रक्षाबंधन पर बढ़ेगी लाड़ली बहना योजना की राशि: मुख्यमंत्री मोहन यादव का बड़ा ऐलान

मुख्यमंत्री मोहन यादव ने शनिवार को जबलपुर जिले में एक जनसभा को संबोधित करते हुए घोषणा की कि लाड़ली बहना योजना के अंतर्गत दी जाने वाली मासिक सहायता राशि को रक्षाबंधन के अवसर पर बढ़ाया जाएगा। साथ ही उन्होंने बताया कि आने वाले पांच वर्षों में इस राशि को धीरे-धीरे बढ़ाकर ₹3,000 प्रति माह तक ले जाने का लक्ष्य रखा गया है। वर्तमान में लाभार्थियों को ₹1,250 प्रति माह की सहायता राशि दी जाती है। ₹1,400 करोड़ की सिंचाई परियोजना – गोमुख जलाशय मुख्यमंत्री ने कार्यक्रम में ₹1,400 करोड़ की लागत वाली ‘गोमुख जलाशय परियोजना’ का भी ऐलान किया, जिससे जबलपुर और मंडला जिलों के 25,000 से अधिक किसानों को लाभ मिलेगा। इस परियोजना से जबलपुर में 14,900 हेक्टेयर और मंडला में 10,100 हेक्टेयर भूमि की सिंचाई संभव होगी। शिक्षा और कौशल विकास पर फोकस मुख्यमंत्री ने बताया कि आदिवासी क्षेत्र में संदीपनि स्कूल और आईटीआई संस्थान जैसी शैक्षिक सुविधाएं शुरू की जा रही हैं, जो विद्यार्थियों के जीवन को बदलने में अहम भूमिका निभाएंगी। उन्होंने उज्जैन के संदीपनि आश्रम का उदाहरण देते हुए कहा कि जैसे भगवान श्रीकृष्ण और बलराम ने वहां शिक्षा प्राप्त की थी, वैसे ही आज के विद्यार्थी भी आधुनिक संदीपनि विद्यालयों से प्रेरणा लेकर निखरेंगे। अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर सम्मानित एमपी के स्कूल यादव ने गर्व से कहा कि विनोबा सीएम राइज़ स्कूल (रतलाम) को “विश्व के सर्वश्रेष्ठ स्कूल पुरस्कार 2024” की इनोवेशन श्रेणी में विजेता घोषित किया गया है, जबकि सीएम राइज़ उच्चतर माध्यमिक विद्यालय (झाबुआ) को “सपोर्टिंग हेल्दी लाइफ” श्रेणी में चयनित किया गया। ये सम्मान लंदन स्थित T4 एजुकेशन संस्था द्वारा दिए गए हैं। शहीद रानी दुर्गावती को श्रद्धांजलि मुख्यमंत्री ने गोंडवाना समुदाय की रानी दुर्गावती को श्रद्धांजलि देते हुए कहा कि उन्होंने 52 युद्ध लड़े और अपने प्रशासनिक कौशल और जल संरक्षण के जरिए दुश्मनों को मात दी। उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य सरकार प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में नदी जोड़ो परियोजना को साकार करने में जुटी है। अभी मध्यप्रदेश में ऐसी तीन परियोजनाओं पर कार्य हो रहा है। किसान कल्याण और जल संरक्षण राज्य सरकार किसानों की आमदनी दोगुनी करने के लिए किसान मेलों का आयोजन कर रही है। नरसिंहपुर जिले में हाल ही में तीन दिवसीय कृषि एवं औद्योगिक मेले का आयोजन किया गया, जिसमें आधुनिक कृषि तकनीक और विशेषज्ञों के मार्गदर्शन की व्यवस्था की गई। इसके अलावा, ‘जल गंगा संवर्धन अभियान’ के तहत 75,000 खेत तालाब बनाने का लक्ष्य रखा गया है, जिनमें से अब तक 70,000 तालाब ढाई महीने में तैयार कर लिए गए हैं। कुंडम आईटीआई का विकास तकनीकी शिक्षा मंत्री गौतम तेतवाल ने बताया कि 2022 में शुरू हुई कुंडम आईटीआई अब एक आधुनिक भवन, छात्रावासों और स्टाफ क्वार्टर के साथ विकसित की गई है, जिस पर ₹12.63 करोड़ की लागत आई है। यह संस्थान क्षेत्रीय युवाओं के कौशल विकास और रोज़गार में सहायक बनेगा। मुख्यमंत्री ने यह भी बताया कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के 11 वर्षों के कार्यकाल की उपलब्धियों को 9 जून को जनता के समक्ष रखा जाएगा। इसमें महिला सशक्तिकरण, युवा विकास, गरीबी उन्मूलन और कृषि क्षेत्र की प्रगति को दर्शाया जाएगा।

सुकमा में नक्सली हमले में एएसपी की शहादत: सीएम और डिप्टी सीएम ने जताया शोक, बदले की चेतावनी

छत्तीसगढ़ के सुकमा ज़िले में सोमवार को नक्सलियों द्वारा लगाए गए IED विस्फोट में अतिरिक्त पुलिस अधीक्षक (कांटा डिवीजन) आकाश राव गिरेपुंजे शहीद हो गए, जबकि दो अन्य पुलिस अधिकारी घायल हो गए। यह घटना डोंड्रा गांव के पास तब हुई जब ASP और उनकी टीम एक जली हुई मशीन की सूचना मिलने पर पैदल गश्त कर रही थी। पुलिस के अनुसार, जैसे ही जवान मौके पर पहुंचे, वहां पूर्व-नियोजित IED विस्फोट हुआ। इस हमले में एसडीओपी भानुप्रताप चंद्राकर और थाना प्रभारी सोनल गवाला भी घायल हो गए। सभी को तत्काल उपचार के लिए कांटा अस्पताल पहुंचाया गया, जहां गिरेपुंजे की गंभीर हालत के चलते उन्हें बचाया नहीं जा सका। 42 वर्षीय आकाश राव गिरेपुंजे रायपुर जिले के निवासी थे और 2013 बैच के राज्य पुलिस सेवा के अधिकारी थे। वह मन्हपुर-मोहला और सुकमा जैसे संवेदनशील नक्सल प्रभावित इलाकों में तैनात रह चुके थे और बहादुर अफसरों में गिने जाते थे। मुख्यमंत्री विष्णु देव साय ने X (पूर्व ट्विटर) पर शोक जताते हुए कहा, “यह बेहद दुखद है। मैं उनके शौर्य को नमन करता हूं।” उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि “नक्सलियों को इस कायराना हमले की कीमत चुकानी होगी और जल्द ही छत्तीसगढ़ से उनका अस्तित्व मिटा दिया जाएगा।” राज्य के गृह मंत्री और उप मुख्यमंत्री विजय शर्मा ने भी गिरेपुंजे की शहादत को नमन करते हुए कहा, “सरकार नहीं चाहती कि एक भी गोली चले, लेकिन नक्सली मुख्यधारा में लौटें और पुनर्वास योजना का लाभ उठाकर समाज के विकास में भागीदार बनें।” घायल अधिकारियों की हालत अब स्थिर बताई गई है और उन्हें आगे के इलाज के लिए रायपुर एयरलिफ्ट किया गया है। वहीं, शहीद गिरेपुंजे के पार्थिव शरीर को पूरे राजकीय सम्मान और गार्ड ऑफ ऑनर के साथ अंतिम संस्कार के लिए रायपुर लाया जा रहा है। पुलिस विभाग की ओर से जारी बयान में कहा गया, “शहीद गिरेपुंजे का बलिदान हमारे संकल्प को और दृढ़ करेगा कि हम माओवादी संगठन जैसे निर्दयी और षड्यंत्रकारी तंत्र को पूरी तरह समाप्त कर देंगे।”

Over just one week—from May 30 to June 5—the squad fined 709 ticketless travellers, collecting over ₹2.30 lakh in penalties. The railway now plans to expand the squad to cover more trains and hours. The Delay Chain AC locals have automatic doors that must close fully before the train can depart. When overcrowded by unauthorised passengers—many hanging near or on the footboard—doors remain ajar, triggering system delays. These delays typically add 10 minutes or more during peak traffic hours, affecting up to 10% of the 40-50 delayed trains daily on WR lines. Currently, WR operates 1,406 services daily, with 109 being AC local services on weekdays and 65 on weekends. Public Reaction & Long-Term Solutions Railway passenger associations have lauded the effort. Kailash Verma, president of the Maharashtra Railway Commuters Council, said, “Those without tickets have become a menace. People with valid AC tickets or passes don’t get seats because of them.” However, Nandkumar Deshmukh, president of the Federation of Suburban Railway Passengers Association, added a different perspective: “People often board AC locals without tickets out of desperation.
