गुजरात समाचार के मालिक की गिरफ्तारी के बाद ईडी का छापा, विपक्ष ने सरकार पर साधा निशाना

प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (ED) ने शनिवार को गुजरात समाचार से जुड़ी संपत्तियों पर छापेमारी की, जो राज्य का प्रमुख दैनिक अखबार है। यह कार्रवाई उस दिन के बाद की गई जब ईडी ने मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग मामले में इसके एक मालिक बहुबली शाह को गिरफ्तार किया। गिरफ्तारी ने राजनीतिक तूफान खड़ा कर दिया है, और विपक्ष ने भाजपा पर आलोचनात्मक आवाज़ों को दबाने का आरोप लगाया है। 73 वर्षीय बहुबली शाह, लोक प्रकाशन लिमिटेड के निदेशक हैं, जो गुजरात समाचार और GSTV का संचालन करता है। उन्हें गुरुवार देर रात ईडी ने गिरफ्तार किया था, लेकिन स्वास्थ्य कारणों से शुक्रवार को उन्हें जमानत मिल गई। गिरफ्तारी से पहले ईडी ने कंपनी से जुड़ी कई जगहों पर छापे मारे थे। इससे पहले आयकर विभाग ने भी 36 घंटे तक तलाशी अभियान चलाया था। हालांकि अब तक ईडी ने शाह की गिरफ्तारी के कारणों को लेकर कोई आधिकारिक बयान जारी नहीं किया है। बहुबली शाह 15 से अधिक व्यावसायिक संस्थाओं से जुड़े बताए जाते हैं और गुजरात समाचार के मैनेजिंग एडिटर श्रेयांश शाह के छोटे भाई हैं। गिरफ्तारी के बाद उनकी तबीयत बिगड़ने पर उन्हें ICU में भर्ती कराया गया। अदालत ने उनकी नियमित जमानत याचिका पर सुनवाई 31 मई तक टाल दी है और फिलहाल उन्हें अंतरिम जमानत पर रिहा कर दिया गया है। ईडी ने अंतरिम जमानत का विरोध नहीं किया और कहा कि यह “केवल मानवीय आधार पर और आरोपी की गंभीर चिकित्सीय स्थिति” को देखते हुए दी गई है। अदालत ने निर्देश दिया है कि ईडी को हर दूसरे दिन शाह की स्वास्थ्य स्थिति की जानकारी दी जाए, और शाह को अपनी तबीयत के अनुसार जांच में सहयोग करना होगा। इस कार्रवाई की विपक्षी नेताओं जैसे कांग्रेस नेता राहुल गांधी और आप प्रमुख अरविंद केजरीवाल ने कड़ी निंदा की है। साथ ही, कई मीडिया संस्थाओं ने भी इस पर चिंता जताई है। सभी ने यह आरोप लगाया कि यह राज्य तंत्र का दुरुपयोग कर मीडिया को डराने और असहमत आवाजों को दबाने की कोशिश है।

Haryana Man Arrested for Allegedly Leaking Sensitive Info to Pakistan During Conflict

In a major security breach during the recent India-Pakistan conflict, a man from Mastgarh Cheeka village in Haryana’s Kaithal district has been arrested for allegedly sharing sensitive information with Pakistan’s Army and intelligence agency, the Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI). The accused has been identified as Devendra, son of Narwal Singh. According to Kaithal Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Veerbhan, the arrest was made following a credible intelligence tip-off. “Based on credible inputs, our special detective staff apprehended Devendra from Mastgarh Cheeka village,” said DSP Veerbhan. Post-arrest, Devendra was subjected to intensive interrogation. During questioning, he allegedly confessed to being in direct contact with Pakistan’s ISI and admitted to passing on classified information, including operational details related to Operation Sindoor, to Pakistani officials. Electronic devices recovered from Devendra’s possession have been seized and are currently being analyzed at the Cyber Police Station to determine the full extent of the data leak. “We are conducting a thorough investigation. Legal action will be taken based on the evidence that emerges,” DSP Veerbhan stated. The arrest raises serious concerns about internal security and highlights the ongoing challenges posed by espionage activities during times of heightened cross-border tension. खस्ता सड़कों पर शिवसेना का गुस्सा, नगर प्रशासन पर जमकर हमला शिवसेना ने नगर की जर्जर सड़कों को लेकर निकाली धिक्कार रैली, प्रशासन पर लगाया उदासीनता का आरोप द क्लिफ़ न्यूज़,विदिशानगर की खस्ताहाल सड़कों और नगर पालिका की उदासीनता के विरोध में शुक्रवार को शिवसेना (उद्धव ठाकरे गुट) ने एक जोरदार धिक्कार रैली निकाली। रैली में बड़ी संख्या में शिवसेना कार्यकर्ताओं सहित आम नागरिकों ने भाग लिया और प्रशासन के खिलाफ जमकर नारेबाजी की। यह रैली बड़ा बाजार स्थित गणेश मंदिर से प्रारंभ होकर नगर के प्रमुख मार्गों से होती हुई माधवगंज चौराहे तक पहुँची। रैली के माध्यम से नगर की जर्जर सड़कों की ओर प्रशासन का ध्यान आकर्षित करने का प्रयास किया गया। शिवसेना के संभाग प्रमुख सत्येंद्र सिंह सिसोदिया ने कहा कि नगर की सड़कों की दयनीय हालत लंबे समय से चिंता का विषय बनी हुई है। उन्होंने बताया कि शिवसेना द्वारा पूर्व में कई बार ज्ञापन सौंपे गए हैं और धरना-प्रदर्शन भी किए गए, लेकिन प्रशासन केवल आश्वासन देकर चुप बैठ जाता है। सिसोदिया ने आरोप लगाया कि नगर पालिका द्वारा सड़क निर्माण के कार्य को केवल दिखावा बनाकर रखा गया है। निर्माण कार्य अधूरे छोड़ दिए जाते हैं और मुख्य बाजार क्षेत्रों की सड़कों में मरम्मत तक नहीं कराई जा रही है, जिससे आमजन को भारी परेशानियों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। उन्होंने मांग की कि जल्द से जल्द सभी जर्जर सड़कों की मरम्मत और निर्माण कार्य कराया जाए, विशेषकर बरसात के पूर्व। शिवसेना नेता दिनेश विश्वकर्मा ने भी प्रशासन को आड़े हाथों लेते हुए कहा कि नगर पालिका द्वारा सड़कों का भूमि पूजन तो धूमधाम से किया जाता है, लेकिन उसके बाद कार्य शुरू ही नहीं होता। 8–10 महीने से सड़क निर्माण को लेकर प्रदर्शन हो रहे हैं, लेकिन स्थिति जस की तस बनी हुई है। उन्होंने आगाह किया कि अब बरसात का मौसम नजदीक है और अगर जल्द ही निर्माण कार्य शुरू नहीं हुआ, तो बारिश के दौरान नगरवासियों को गड्ढों से भरी सड़कों से होकर गुजरना पड़ेगा। उन्होंने कहा कि यदि शीघ्र ठोस कार्रवाई नहीं की गई, तो शिवसेना आंदोलन को और उग्र करेगी। रैली के दौरान महिलाएं और युवा कार्यकर्ता भी हाथों में शिवसेना के झंडे लेकर भारी संख्या में शामिल हुए और “नगरीय प्रशासन मुर्दाबाद”, “जर्जर सड़कें नहीं सहेंगे”, “हमें पक्की सड़क चाहिए” जैसे नारों से नगर के वातावरण को आंदोलित कर दिया। शिवसेना ने चेतावनी दी है कि यदि प्रशासन शीघ्र ही संज्ञान लेकर सड़कों का सुधार कार्य प्रारंभ नहीं करता, तो आगामी दिनों में उग्र आंदोलन किया जाएगा।

Teacher Burnt Alive After Robbery of Rs 4 Lakh in Madhya Pradesh’s Damoh District

In a tragic incident in Damoh district of Madhya Pradesh, a primary school teacher, Rajesh Tripathi, 47, was allegedly robbed of Rs 4 lakh and burnt alive on Thursday night. The incident took place near a canal between Hart and Baroda, under the jurisdiction of Hata police station. Rajesh, a resident of Sunwaha and son of R. P. Tripathi, had reportedly visited Hata and was returning home on his bike carrying the money. According to his brother Mukesh, unidentified assailants intercepted Rajesh, assaulted him, and doused him with petrol before setting him on fire. Rajesh managed to call his brother, informing him about the attack. Mukesh rushed to the scene along with family members to find Rajesh severely burnt, with his bike parked nearby. He was immediately taken to Hata Civil Hospital for initial treatment and later referred to the district hospital due to the severity of his injuries. However, doctors declared him dead after examination. The police have recovered a bike and a bag from the site of the incident. Damoh Superintendent of Police, Shrut Kirti Somavanshi, confirmed that the investigation is ongoing. “We are currently relying on statements from the family and verifying all possible angles,” the officer told TOI. The Hata police are investigating the crime scene, while the Kotwali police have also launched a serious probe into the incident from all directions. The family has formally informed the police about the robbery and murder, and the teacher’s body remains at the district hospital for further procedures.

During the visit, he met with soldiers involved in the recent conflict with India and reiterated that any conditions for peace must include resolution of the long-standing Kashmir dispute. India, however, maintains that Jammu and Kashmir, as well as Ladakh, are integral parts of the country. Jaishankar stated on the same day that the only pending issue concerning Kashmir is the return of Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK). When the area was being cordoned off, the terrorists took positions inside civilian homes and began firing. “The priority was to ensure the safety of the civilians first,” said Maj. Gen. Joshi. After evacuating the residents, forces conducted a systematic search and eliminated all three terrorists hiding in the area. Aftermath of Pahalgam Attack These successful operations come just weeks after the horrific Pahalgam terror attack, in which 26 civilians were killed, sparking national outrage. The incident led India to conduct strikes on terror infrastructure in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK), escalating tensions between the two countries. Although a temporary pause in cross-border military actions was later announced, security agencies within J&K have remained on high alert. Operation Sindoor Not Over Yet, Says Defence Minister Rajnath Singh: “What Happened Was Just a Trailer”

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh on Friday declared that Operation Sindoor, India’s recent military campaign targeting terrorist infrastructure in Pakistan, is still ongoing. Addressing personnel at an Air Force station, Singh lauded the Indian Air Force (IAF) for its pivotal role in the operation, claiming that several Pakistani air bases and terror camps were decimated. “Operation Sindoor is not over yet. Whatever happened was just a trailer. When the right time comes, we will show the full picture to the world,” Singh said, emphasizing that the campaign was far from finished. He stated that the operation had effectively countered terrorism and significantly damaged the enemy’s capabilities. The Defence Minister underlined the global recognition of the IAF’s efforts, saying, “Indian Air Force assumed a very impactful role in Operation Sindoor and it is being appreciated not only in this country but also in the other countries of the world.” Singh praised Air Chief Marshal AP Singh and his team, highlighting the Air Force’s ability to strike deep into enemy territory and asserting that India now possesses the capability to reach every corner of Pakistan. He further remarked, “Our Air Force has touched the zenith of the sky through its valour and bravery.” He credited the force with the destruction of nine terrorist camps on Pakistani soil and the successful targeting of multiple air bases in follow-up actions. Rajnath Singh also referred to the potency of the indigenous BrahMos missile, stating, “Even Pakistan has accepted the power of BrahMos missile. There is an old saying in our country, ‘Din mein taare dekhna.’ Made in India BrahMos missile showed ‘raat ke andhere mein din ka ujala’ to Pakistan.” He issued a stern warning to Pakistan, suggesting it had been placed “on probation” by India. “If its behavior improves, then okay, otherwise, it will be given the strictest punishment,” Singh warned. The minister also alleged that Pakistan might use a significant portion of its International Monetary Fund (IMF) assistance to bolster terror infrastructure, and called on the IMF to reconsider its funding to the country. Concluding his address, the Defence Minister saluted the spirit of the Indian Air Force, saying, “The world has seen how you destroyed the enemy’s bases. You have made the entire nation believe that ‘Naya Bharat ab sahan nahi karta, balki wah palat kar jawab deta hai.’” He extended his heartfelt gratitude to the armed forces, reiterating the nation’s pride and trust in their capabilities.
