However, what truly grabbed attention was his alleged gift—a private jet, customized with Jacqueline’s initials and a registration number based on her date of birth. Despite being behind bars, Sukesh remains persistent in expressing his affection through extravagant means. Sukesh’s Valentine’s Day Letter to Jacqueline In the letter, Sukesh wrote: “Baby girl, firstly wishing you a very very Happy Valentine’s Day… This year has started with a lot of positivity and very special things happening for us, and this Valentine’s is also extremely special because it’s just one step away from spending the rest of our Valentine’s Days of our lives together.” He continued, expressing his intense emotions: “Baby, before I say further, I wanna take a moment to say, Jackie, I really really love you, you are the best Valentine in the world, love you like crazy.” This is not the first time Sukesh has showered Jacqueline with lavish gifts and love letters. His alleged connection with the actress has remained in the spotlight ever since their names surfaced in the ₹200 crore money laundering case. While Jacqueline has maintained that she was a victim of Sukesh’s deceit, he continues to claim that his feelings for her are genuine. The extravagant private jet claim has yet to be verified, but it certainly adds another dramatic chapter to this ongoing saga.

Netflix’s Dhoom Dhaam Review: A Riotous Blend of Action, Comedy, and Romance

Netflix’s Dhoom Dhaam is an adrenaline-fueled rollercoaster that refuses to stick to a single genre. Directed with a flair for chaos, the film mixes action, comedy, and romance into a wild, unpredictable ride. Starring Yami Gautam and Pratik Gandhi as an unlikely couple forced into an arranged marriage, the story takes off when their first night together is interrupted by goons hunting for something mysteriously called “Charlie.” What follows is a high-stakes chase across the city, tangled with mistaken identities, unexpected twists, and moments of hilarity. Standout Performances Pratik Gandhi shines as Veer, a reserved and awkward man who suddenly finds himself married and in over his head. His impeccable comic timing, especially in his nervous driving habits and deadpan humor, makes him an endearing protagonist. Meanwhile, Yami Gautam is a revelation as Koyal, effortlessly shifting from heartbreak over an ex-boyfriend to fully embracing her fearless, spontaneous side. Her monologue on women’s empowerment is a highlight of the film, adding depth to her otherwise whirlwind character arc. Eijaz Khan, playing the menacing antagonist who turns their wedding night into a nightmare, delivers an intense performance that adds weight to the film’s more suspenseful moments. Screenplay & Execution The screenplay ambitiously juggles multiple genres, blending humor with high-octane chase sequences. While most of the comedic moments land perfectly, some plot twists veer into exaggerated territory, making parts of the film feel slightly over-the-top. Despite this, the film thrives on its natural humor and crackling chemistry between the leads, ensuring that even its more chaotic moments remain entertaining. Final Verdict Dhoom Dhaam is a fun, fast-paced adventure that embraces spontaneity and comedic madness. While it occasionally stretches believability, the film’s lively performances and unpredictable twists make it an entertaining one-time watch—especially for a lighthearted Valentine’s Day movie night.

Bringing them to the land of Mewar for IIFA-related shoots will not be tolerated.” Legal and Public Backlash The controversy surrounding India’s Got Latent intensified after a case was filed in Kota on February 13 against several influencers associated with the show. The backlash has put multiple creators under scrutiny, further complicating their brand associations. Who is Apoorva Makhija? Popularly recognized as Kaleshi Aurat, Apoorva Makhija is known for her bold and unfiltered digital content, often using strong language in her Instagram skits and reels. Recently, at an event at Delhi Technological University (DTU), she was involved in a heated exchange with the audience, further fueling debates about her approach to content and public engagements. Mumbai: The Mumbai Police have registered a case against Hitesh Praveenchand Mehta, former General Manager of New India Co-operative Bank, for allegedly siphoning ₹122 crore from the bank’s treasury. Mehta, who managed the Dadar and Goregaon branches, is accused of financial fraud between 2020 and 2025, misusing his position to embezzle funds. The case was registered at Dadar Police Station following a complaint from the bank’s Chief Accounts Officer. Authorities suspect Mehta had an accomplice, and the matter has been transferred to the Economic Offences Wing (EOW) for further investigation. An FIR has been filed under BNS Sections 316(5) and 61(2). In response to governance concerns, the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has imposed strict restrictions on the Mumbai-based lender. ED Confiscates Properties of Convicted Forest Ranger and Wife in Money Laundering Case

Bhopal: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has confiscated two independent houses belonging to forest ranger Harishankar Gurjar and his wife Seema Gurjar, who were convicted in a money laundering case in 2023. The properties, located in Minal Residency and worth crores of rupees, were taken into possession by the ED following court orders. The case originated from an FIR registered by the Lokayukta Police, Bhopal, under the Prevention of Corruption Act. The investigation revealed that Gurjar, who served in the Forest Department in Khandwa, along with his wife, had amassed assets disproportionate to their known sources of income. The ED probe further uncovered that proceeds of crime were converted into immovable assets held by Gurjar, his wife, and their son, Abhishek Gurjar. On April 29, 2023, a Special PMLA Court in Bhopal convicted the couple, sentencing them to three years of rigorous imprisonment and ordering the confiscation of their properties. The high court later upheld the confiscation, and the Supreme Court reaffirmed the order on January 15, 2025. Following the apex court’s directive, the ED proceeded with the seizure of the assets. This development marks a significant enforcement action in the ongoing crackdown on corruption and money laundering cases in the country.

CVC Orders Probe Into Alleged Misuse of Funds for Kejriwal’s ‘Sheesh Mahal’; Delhi CMO Handle Controversy Erupts

New Delhi: The Central Vigilance Commission (CVC) has ordered a detailed probe into the alleged misuse of public funds for lavish renovations at 6 Flagstaff Bungalow, the former official residence of ex-Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) has been tasked with investigating claims that building norms were violated to construct the opulent mansion, dubbed ‘Sheesh Mahal,’ spanning 40,000 square yards (8 acres). The inquiry was initiated following a complaint by BJP leader Vijender Gupta, who alleged unauthorized construction and financial irregularities in the project. According to Gupta, government-owned properties—including Plot Nos. 45 and 47 on Rajpur Road, as well as two bungalows (8-A & 8-B, Flag Staff Road)—were demolished and merged into the new structure without proper approvals. The CVC registered the case on October 16, 2024, and forwarded it to the CPWD for scrutiny in November. A factual report submitted by the CPWD’s Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) in December led to the CVC’s decision to launch a full-scale investigation on February 13. Meanwhile, another controversy has erupted over the renaming of the Delhi Chief Minister’s Office (CMO) social media handle on X (formerly Twitter). The Delhi government has written to the platform, requesting the restoration of the official “@CMODelhi” handle, which was allegedly renamed “@KejriwalAtWork” under instructions from AAP leaders. The BJP has accused AAP of hijacking the government account and misusing it for personal promotion. Delhi BJP President Virendra Sachdeva has urged Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena to intervene, alleging that acting CM Atishi and IT department officials facilitated the unauthorized renaming of the account. The Delhi government has formally asked X to restore the official handle and deactivate any unauthorized accounts, citing concerns about potential misuse. With both financial and digital governance issues under scrutiny, the political storm surrounding the former Delhi CM’s tenure continues to escalate.
