मप्र को मिला 60 हजार करोड़ से अधिक का सड़क विकास पैकेज: जबलपुर में गडकरी और मुख्यमंत्री मोहन यादव ने किए 9 परियोजनाओं का शिलान्यास

केंद्रीय सड़क परिवहन एवं राजमार्ग मंत्री नितिन गडकरी और मुख्यमंत्री मोहन यादव ने शनिवार को जबलपुर के महानद्दा में आयोजित कार्यक्रम में नौ सड़क परियोजनाओं का उद्घाटन एवं शिलान्यास किया। ये परियोजनाएं 174 किलोमीटर लंबाई की हैं और इन पर कुल 4,250 करोड़ रुपये से अधिक का निवेश होगा। इस अवसर पर गडकरी ने प्रदेश के लिए 60,000 करोड़ रुपये से अधिक की नई सड़क परियोजनाओं की घोषणा भी की। जबलपुर को मिला सबसे लंबा फ्लाईओवर इन परियोजनाओं में राज्य का सबसे लंबा फ्लाईओवर दमोह नाका–रणीताल–मदनमहल–मेडिकल रोड फ्लाईओवर भी शामिल है। गडकरी ने बताया कि प्रदेश में अब तक 3 लाख करोड़ रुपये की सड़क परियोजनाएं स्वीकृत की गई हैं, जिनमें से 75,000 करोड़ की परियोजनाएं पूर्ण हो चुकी हैं और 65,000 करोड़ की परियोजनाओं पर काम जारी है। नई परियोजनाओं की झलक प्रमुख एक्सप्रेसवे और कॉरिडोर अन्य महत्वपूर्ण सड़कें रोपवे परियोजनाएं मप्र में 7 रोपवे 2,100 करोड़ की लागत से बनेंगे। इनमें उज्जैन स्टेशन–महाकाल मंदिर रोपवे, जबलपुर का एम्पायर टॉकीज–गुरुद्वारा रोपवे और सिविक सेंटर–बड़ा फुहारा रोपवे शामिल हैं। कार्यक्रम में मुख्यमंत्री मोहन यादव ने कहा कि राष्ट्र की शक्ति उसकी सड़कों से तय होती है। उन्होंने गडकरी की कार्यप्रणाली की सराहना करते हुए कहा कि उनके प्रबंधन में सड़क और अवसंरचना विकास के लिए कभी धन की कमी नहीं रहती।

मिसरोद में सनसनीखेज मामला: वीडियो कॉल का दुरुपयोग कर महिला के अश्लील वीडियो बनाए और फैलाए, पुलिस जांच में जुटी

भोपाल के मिसरोद क्षेत्र से एक चौंकाने वाला मामला सामने आया है। यहां एक अज्ञात आरोपी ने वीडियो कॉल का दुरुपयोग कर 27 वर्षीय महिला के अश्लील वीडियो और फोटो रिकॉर्ड कर लिए और बाद में उन्हें सोशल मीडिया पर प्रसारित कर दिया। पुलिस ने इस मामले में भारतीय दंड संहिता (BNS) और आईटी एक्ट की धाराओं के तहत प्रकरण दर्ज कर जांच शुरू कर दी है। जानकारी के अनुसार, पीड़िता जतखेड़ी क्षेत्र की रहने वाली है और घरेलू कामकाज कर अपने परिवार का भरण-पोषण करती है। अप्रैल माह में जब वह स्नान के बाद कपड़े बदल रही थी, तभी आरोपी ने उसके मोबाइल पर वीडियो कॉल किया। उस समय महिला का छोटा बेटा पास में खेल रहा था। उसने कॉल रिसीव कर दी और गलती से मोबाइल का बैक कैमरा ऑन हो गया। इसी का फायदा उठाकर आरोपी ने महिला की आपत्तिजनक वीडियो रिकॉर्डिंग और फोटो खींच लिए। इसके बाद आरोपी ने बार-बार वीडियो कॉल कर महिला को कपड़े उतारने के लिए मजबूर किया और और भी अश्लील वीडियो व फोटो रिकॉर्ड कर लिए। आरोपी ने महिला को ब्लैकमेल करते हुए होटल में मिलने का दबाव बनाया। जब महिला ने मिलने से इनकार किया, तो आरोपी ने कई अलग-अलग मोबाइल नंबर से व्हाट्सएप ग्रुप बनाए और उन ग्रुप में महिला का पति, भाई, भाभी और अन्य परिचितों को शामिल कर उनके साथ महिला के अश्लील वीडियो और फोटो शेयर कर दिए। हाल ही में आरोपी ने एक और नया ग्रुप बनाकर फिर से वीडियो और फोटो प्रसारित किए। पुलिस का कहना है कि आरोपी की पहचान और गिरफ्तारी के लिए तकनीकी जांच की जा रही है। यह मामला साइबर अपराध के गंभीर उदाहरणों में गिना जा रहा है और आरोपी के खिलाफ कड़ी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

UN-Backed Body Declares Famine in Gaza as Hunger Crisis Deepens

A United Nations-backed organization has, for the first time, declared a famine in Gaza since the Israel-Hamas war began in 2023, triggering urgent international appeals for an immediate ceasefire and accelerated aid delivery. According to a report released Friday by the Integrated Food Security Phase Classification (IPC), more than 640,000 people—nearly one-third of Gaza’s population—will face catastrophic levels of food insecurity by the end of September. The IPC warned that “acute malnutrition is projected to continue worsening rapidly” and called for an “immediate and sustained cessation of hostilities” as well as “unconditional and safe humanitarian access.” Israel strongly rejected the findings. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s office called the famine declaration “an outright lie,” insisting Israel “does not have a policy of starvation” but rather “a policy of preventing starvation.” Israel’s Coordinator of Government Activities in the Territories (COGAT) argued the report relied on “biased data” from Hamas. The IPC famine declaration is rare. Since its creation in 2004, the body has announced famines only four times before—in Somalia (2011), South Sudan (2017 and 2020), and Sudan (2024). Meanwhile, Israel is intensifying military plans to capture Gaza City, escalating its campaign despite international condemnation. While July saw a rise in aid deliveries and a decline in food prices, UN agencies maintain that supplies remain far below minimal needs. Tour Bus Returning from Niagara Falls Crashes Near Buffalo, Five Dead Including Indian National

At least five people, including an Indian national, lost their lives when a tour bus carrying 54 passengers crashed on Interstate 90 near Buffalo while returning to New York City from Niagara Falls, according to media reports. The victims were identified as Shankar Kumar Jha (65) from Bihar, India; Pinki Changrani (60) of East Brunswick, New Jersey; Xie Hongzhuo (22) of Beijing, China; Zhang Xiaolan (55) of Jersey City, New Jersey; and Jian Mingli (56) of Jersey City, New Jersey, ABC News reported. The accident occurred around 12:22 pm (local time) on Friday in Pembroke, New York State Police confirmed. The bus, operated by M&Y Tour Inc. of Staten Island, was carrying passengers aged between 1 and 74, most of them Indian, Chinese, or Filipino nationals. According to officials, the bus lost control while traveling eastbound, veered into the median, over-corrected, and rolled off the highway embankment before overturning. “Multiple people were ejected or thrown around the bus when it overturned,” said State Police Troop T Commander Maj. Andre Ray. Five people were pronounced dead at the scene, while dozens were injured. Although many passengers remain hospitalized, authorities confirmed that none are in life-threatening condition. Every passenger sustained some injury ranging from cuts and bruises to more serious trauma, said Trooper James O’Callaghan. The crash led to the temporary closure of the Thruway in both directions, with eastbound lanes reopening around 8:30 pm and westbound lanes reopening by 5 pm. Investigators ruled out mechanical failure or driver impairment as causes of the crash. The bus was described as “extremely damaged,” though the driver survived and was reported to be “alive and well.” New York Governor Kathy Hochul expressed condolences and said her office was coordinating with State Police and other agencies in response to the “tragic tour bus accident.”

PM Modi: First Made-in-India Semiconductor Chip by 2025, 6G Network and EV Exports on the Horizon

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday announced that India’s first domestically manufactured semiconductor chip will be available in the market by the end of 2025. He also underlined that the government is working at a rapid pace to develop a Made-in-India 6G network. Speaking at The Economic Times World Leaders Forum, Modi reflected on India’s past missed opportunities in semiconductor manufacturing. “We all know that semiconductor manufacturing could have started in India 50–60 years ago, but India missed that chance, and the same thing continued for many years. Today, we have changed this situation. Semiconductor-related factories have started coming up in India,” he said. The Prime Minister added that the country’s first homegrown chip will soon be a reality. “By the end of this year, the first Made-in-India chip will come in the market,” Modi stated. Highlighting India’s technological push, he noted the progress in telecom. “We are working rapidly on Made in India 6G,” he said, stressing the importance of keeping pace with global advancements in the sector. On the electric vehicle (EV) front, Modi said India is set to emerge as a key player in the global market. “India is now going to export electric vehicles to 100 countries of the world. A very big program related to this is also being held after two days on 26th August,” he announced. Praising the country’s economic momentum, the Prime Minister said, “India, which follows the mantra of Reform, Perform, Transform, is today in a position to take the world out of slow growth. We are not the people who sit on the banks of stagnant water and throw pebbles. We are the people who can turn the fast-flowing stream.”

सीबीआई ने अनिल अंबानी के घर और दफ्तर पर मारा छापा, एसबीआई को ₹2929 करोड़ की धोखाधड़ी का आरोप

मुंबई में सीबीआई ने शनिवार को रिलायंस कम्युनिकेशन लिमिटेड (आरकॉम) के निदेशक अनिल अंबानी के आवास और कंपनी कार्यालय पर छापेमारी की। यह कार्रवाई स्टेट बैंक ऑफ इंडिया (एसबीआई) से ₹2929.05 करोड़ की कथित धोखाधड़ी के मामले में दर्ज एफआईआर के बाद की गई। सीबीआई ने गुरुवार को रिलायंस कम्युनिकेशन लिमिटेड (मुंबई), निदेशक अनिल डी. अंबानी, अज्ञात सरकारी अधिकारियों और अन्य के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज किया था। इसके बाद शनिवार को सीबीआई टीमों ने cuffe Parade स्थित अनिल अंबानी के आवास ‘सी विंड’ और आरकॉम के आधिकारिक दफ्तर पर तलाशी ली। एसबीआई की शिकायत और कर्ज का ब्योरा एसबीआई की शिकायत के अनुसार, 2018 तक कंपनी पर विभिन्न बैंकों का 40,000 करोड़ रुपये से अधिक का बकाया था, जिसमें से केवल एसबीआई का नुकसान ₹2929.05 करोड़ का था। आरोप है कि षड्यंत्र के तहत गलत जानकारी देकर आरकॉम ने एसबीआई से कर्ज सुविधाएं मंजूर करवाईं और बाद में इनका दुरुपयोग किया। फॉरेंसिक ऑडिट (2020) में खुलासा हुआ कि कंपनी और उसकी सहयोगी संस्थाओं—रिलायंस इंफ्राटेल लिमिटेड (आरआईटीएल) और रिलायंस टेलीकॉम लिमिटेड (आरटीएल)—ने बैंकों से कुल ₹31,580 करोड़ प्राप्त किए थे। इसमें से 44% यानी ₹13,667.73 करोड़ अन्य बैंकों और वित्तीय संस्थानों के ऋण चुकाने में और 41% यानी ₹12,692.31 करोड़ संबंधित कंपनियों को चुकाने में खर्च किए गए। नेटिज़न इंजीनियरिंग का मामला ऑडिट में पाया गया कि ₹5525 करोड़ की पूंजी अग्रिम राशि नेटिज़न इंजीनियरिंग प्राइवेट लिमिटेड (रिलायंस एडीए समूह की कंपनी) को दी गई थी, जिसे बाद में काल्पनिक तरीके से लिख दिया गया। 2017–18 में नेटिज़न ने मिलेनियम प्राइवेट नेटवर्क लिमिटेड से दो परिसंपत्तियां खरीदीं, जिनका मूल्यांकन संदिग्ध पाया गया। इसके बाद आरकॉम ने नेटिज़न को दी गई अग्रिम राशि को खातों में हेराफेरी कर समायोजित कर दिया। सीबीआई प्रवक्ता के अनुसार, लेन-देन सामान्य व्यावसायिक गतिविधियों की तरह नहीं लगते, बल्कि फर्जी खातों और प्रविष्टियों के जरिए धन के गबन और विश्वासघात की मंशा से किए गए प्रतीत होते हैं। कानूनी प्रक्रिया और वर्तमान स्थिति एसबीआई ने 10 नवंबर 2020 को अनिल अंबानी और आरकॉम के खाते को ‘फ्रॉड’ घोषित कर सीबीआई से शिकायत की थी। हालांकि, दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट के आदेश के चलते यह शिकायत लौटाई गई। बाद में सुप्रीम कोर्ट के 27 मार्च 2023 के फैसले के अनुसार बैंकों को उधारकर्ताओं को अपनी बात रखने का अवसर देना जरूरी हो गया। इसी प्रक्रिया के तहत सितंबर 2023 में ‘फ्रॉड’ टैग हटाया गया, लेकिन जुलाई 2024 की आरबीआई सर्कुलर का पालन कर खाते को दोबारा ‘फ्रॉड’ घोषित किया गया। सीबीआई ने 22 अगस्त 2025 को स्पेशल कोर्ट से तलाशी वारंट प्राप्त किए और 23 अगस्त को मुंबई में छापेमारी की। अधिकारियों ने कहा कि अनिल अंबानी और आरकॉम के खिलाफ आपराधिक षड्यंत्र, धोखाधड़ी और विश्वासघात का मामला दर्ज है और आगे जांच जारी है।

Cheteshwar Pujara Announces Retirement from Indian Cricket

India’s dependable Test batter Cheteshwar Pujara has announced his retirement from all forms of Indian cricket. The 37-year-old made the announcement on X (formerly Twitter), expressing gratitude for his long international career. “Wearing the Indian jersey, singing the anthem, and trying my best each time I stepped on the field – it’s impossible to put into words what it truly meant. But as they say, all good things must come to an end, and with immense gratitude I have decided to retire from all forms of Indian cricket,” Pujara wrote. Pujara, who made his debut in 2010, represented India in 103 Tests and 5 ODIs, scoring 7,195 Test runs at an average of 43.60, including 19 centuries and 35 fifties. At home, he was particularly prolific, amassing 3,839 runs at an average of 52.58. His final appearance came in the World Test Championship final against Australia at The Oval in June 2023. For over a decade, Pujara served as India’s rock at No. 3, playing key roles in historic wins both at home and overseas. Notable innings include his double century against England in Mumbai (2012), a gritty 153 in Johannesburg (2013), a fighting 145 in Colombo (2015), and his unbeaten 132 on a seaming track in Southampton (2018). He is also among the few Indians to have batted on all five days of a Test. Pujara was pivotal to India’s back-to-back Test series triumphs in Australia. In 2018-19, he scored three centuries en route to India’s first-ever series win Down Under. In the 2020-21 series, he faced 928 deliveries across four Tests, absorbing countless body blows but holding firm to script one of India’s greatest overseas victories in Brisbane. Even after being sidelined from the national team, Pujara continued to play red-ball cricket for Saurashtra and Sussex in the County Championship, showcasing his love for the longer format. With his retirement, Indian cricket bids farewell to one of its most resilient and determined batters, often hailed as the “Wall 2.0” after Rahul Dravid.

मप्र में अजीबोगरीब बिजली चोरी का मामला: किसानों ने खुद लगा दिए ट्रांसफॉर्मर, डिस्कॉम की छापेमारी में खुलासा

मध्यप्रदेश के रायसेन जिले में बिजली चोरी का अनोखा मामला सामने आया है। यहां उर्दमऊ गांव (बरेली उपखंड) में ग्रामीणों ने अपनी मनमर्जी से बिजली वितरण ट्रांसफॉर्मर ही स्थापित कर डाले और सीधे सिंचाई फीडरों से कनेक्शन लेकर बिजली चोरी शुरू कर दी। यह चौंकाने वाला खुलासा सेंट्रल डिस्कॉम की विजिलेंस टीम की छापेमारी में हुआ। अधिकारियों के अनुसार, ग्रामीणों ने अवैध रूप से 25 केवीए के ट्रांसफॉर्मर लगाए और 11 केवी लाइनें बढ़ाकर खेतों में बिजली खींची। इन ट्रांसफॉर्मरों के जरिए बड़े पैमाने पर सिंचाई पंप चलाए जा रहे थे। जांच में सामने आया कि गांव में कुल चार ट्रांसफॉर्मर अवैध रूप से लगाए गए थे और हर ट्रांसफॉर्मर से 2–3 लोगों को बिजली दी जा रही थी। बाड़ी डिस्ट्रीब्यूशन सेंटर के जूनियर इंजीनियर अनुराग सिन्हा ने बताया कि सभी लाभार्थियों पर बिजली अधिनियम की धारा 135 के तहत मामला दर्ज किया जा रहा है। साथ ही जिन किसानों ने अपने खेतों में ट्रांसफॉर्मर लगाए थे, उनके खिलाफ पुलिस में एफआईआर दर्ज कराने के लिए आवेदन भेजा गया है। डिस्कॉम की विजिलेंस टीम ने मौके से 25 केवीए ट्रांसफॉर्मर, कंडक्टर और अन्य उपकरण जब्त कर अवैध लाइनों को डिस्कनेक्ट कर दिया। बाड़ी थाने में मामला दर्ज कर आगे की कार्रवाई शुरू कर दी गई है। डिस्कॉम अधिकारियों ने इसे हाल के समय में बिजली चोरी के सबसे दुस्साहसी मामलों में से एक बताया। कंपनी का कहना है कि बिना अनुमति बिजली लाइन बढ़ाना और ट्रांसफॉर्मर लगाना न केवल आपूर्ति बाधित करता है बल्कि दुर्घटनाओं का खतरा भी बढ़ाता है और विभाग को भारी आर्थिक नुकसान पहुंचाता है। अधिकारियों ने स्पष्ट किया कि ऐसे मामलों में सख्त कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
